Australasia experience in international Airbnb property management achieving superior rental yields for property owners has led us with an exponential growth in successfully managing 150+ properties, hotels and resorts across 6 cities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Platform & System Management
- Monitor and adapt to changes in Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com, and other OTAs (SOP updates, new features).
- Explore and onboard new booking platforms to expand listing visibility.
- Research and implement efficient tools (channel managers, payment systems, automation).
2) Pricing & Revenue Optimization
- Adjust pricing dynamically based on market trends, occupancy rates, and seasonal demand.
- Ensure competitive rates while maximizing revenue.
3) Operational Coordination
- Update property details across systems (PMS, Google Drive, OTAs) accurately.
- Liaise with housekeeping, operations, owners, and finance to ensure smooth workflows.
- Troubleshoot booking and guest-related issues with platform support teams.
4) Ad-Hoc Tasks
- Assist with reporting, data analysis, and process improvements.
- Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Tech-savvy—comfortable exploring new software, channel managers, and automation tools.
- Good in English both written & speaking. Excellent communication for cross-department coordination.
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in operations or coordination, preferably in hospitality, property management, or e-commerce platforms
- Experience in short-term rental management, OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda), or hotel operations are an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills for dynamic pricing and market research.
- Highly organized with multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
