Job Scope:
- Test Strategy & Planning: Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure complete and effective validation of software products.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the testing team by providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
- Collaboration: Partner with product owners, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and technical solutions, ensuring testing efforts are well-aligned.
- Test Execution: Supervise the execution of test cases and plans, ensuring full coverage and accurate results.
- Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects while collaborating with the development team to drive timely resolution.
- Test Automation: Encourage and manage the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Reporting: Deliver regular updates and detailed reports on testing activities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives to refine testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Versatile and knowledgeable in operations, processes and Agile projects.
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese and Cantonese.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
