Job Descriptions:-
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections according to approved procedures and specifications.
- Record inspection results accurately in checklists or inspection reports.
- Identify non-conformities and escalate to relevant departments for corrective action.
- Verify reworked or repaired items to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality systems.
- Participate in internal audits and support external audits when required.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Quality, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar QA/QC or inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, 5S, and basic SPC.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Willing to work shifts or overtime when necessary.
