A well-established award winning F&B Management Company that is a strong player in its industry and has presence globally. They are looking to bring on board an excellent Finance Manager to support their team in Taman Sungai Besi.
Job description:
- In-charge of full financial reporting - management, group and statutory reporting.
- Manage the full set of accounts and prepare accurate financial reports, ensuring the company's financial health is clearly communicated.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, taxation requirements, and internal control policies, safeguarding the company's reputation.
- Oversee implementation of e-Invoicing and other financial systems, enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage annual audits and prepare documentation for tax submissions, maintaining transparency and compliance.
- Support day-to-day financial operations.
- Perform financial analysis and forecast to support management in decision making.
- Responsible for cash flows monitoring and forecasts.
- Responsible for accurate and timely tax compliance and reporting requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Support any other ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirement to succeed
- Positive attitude, passion for hard work and growth, multitasking ability and team player.
- Degree or advanced qualification in Finance, Accounting, or ACCA certified (graduated).
- Three to five years of experience in audit and/or commercial accounting.
- Candidates with a background in audit are welcome to apply.
- Must have team lead/management experience for at least three to five years.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English language is preferred.
- Proficient user with MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & SQL.
- Able to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must willing to work in Taman Sungai Besi, KL.
