Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers for cleaning products, chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Request and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies based on minimum stock levels.
- Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Maintain supplier records, contracts, and purchase history.
- Track deliveries and resolve any issues related to delays, shortages, or product quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and budget controls.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations for cleaning products and raw materials.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and identify alternative sources when necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in cleaning, FMCG, or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Familiar with procurement systems, Microsoft Excel, and inventory software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken [English and/or Bahasa Malaysia].

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
