Job Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- As a Senior Buyer, to be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials to support our operations.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Lead and mentor junior procurement staff.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in procurement.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software.
- Full Time Position base in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
