Purchasing cum Store Clerk
Duties and Responsibilities
· To generate purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.
· To assist on and follow up on any payments due to Supplier for Purchases made.
· To assist on tracking orders and follow up with supplier to ensure timely delivery.
· To assist on maintaining optimal inventory control within company set targets.
· To assist on management of materials purchase based on demand and ensure no shortage or overstock.
· To maintain and update daily stock status.
· Promptly enter into system the incoming and outgoing of stock.
· Daily update the system records of any new production or assembled goods.
· To perform office and administrative tasks including filing and retrieving documents photocopying etc as when required
· To handles all incoming and outgoing calls, messages and emails.
· To prepare routine work reports.
· To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required
REQUIREMENTS
· Candidate currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
· Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English
· Knowledge of Microsoft office particularly Excel and Autocount system will be an advantage
· Possess good communication skill.
· Possess good management skill.
· Able to work independently and as a team.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to do multitasking.
· Attention to detail
· Has good problem-solving skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Contract position(s) for duration 6 month(s)
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,100.00 per month
