- Maintain optimum stock levels of spare parts.
- Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate stock ordering with Pronet (Proton) headquarters.
- Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving parts, take proactive actions to prevent overstock or shortages.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely ordering of parts.
- Liaise with suppliers, Proton parts division, and logistics partners.
- Monitor lead time of deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Provide professional advice on parts compatibility and availability.
- Support after-sales team in achieving sales targets for spare parts.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of stock transactions, deliveries, and returns.
- Prepare monthly stock reports, order forecasts, and analysis reports for management.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to support smooth job completion.
- Ensure urgent or special-order parts are prioritized accordingly.
- Ensure parts storage area complies with Proton guidelines and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, proper labeling, and organization of parts store.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
