Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing inventory control and storage operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and integrity in all processes related to automotive parts.
- Plan and manage the ordering of service parts in accordance with operational needs.
- Conduct regular stock takes (weekly/monthly) and investigate any inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit accurate inventory and stock reports as required.
- Oversee the receiving, inspection, and proper storage of all incoming parts.
- Maintain stock accuracy and ensure the integrity of the inventory system at all times.
- Process daily parts orders promptly and efficiently.
- Manage documentation and maintain an organized filing system for all parts-related records.
- Ensure that the parts storage area is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards.
- Provide timely updates to the Service Advisor regarding the arrival and availability of parts.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
- Prior experience in handling automotive parts or working in a similar role (Parts Controller) is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in IT and familiar with business and office software applications.
- High level of integrity and responsibility in managing inventory.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and capable of working independently.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in automotive inventory management are also encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work at Sungai Long, Kajang.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
