Job Descriptions :What You’ll Do:
- Leasing & Tenant Support: Help with showings, applications, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Maintenance Coordination: Assist with work orders, vendor communications, and property inspections.
- Administrative Tasks: Update tenant records, file documents, and assist with rent collection.
- Marketing Assistance: Support listing properties online and creating promotional materials.
- Customer Service: Respond to tenant inquiries and help resolve issues.
- Data & Reporting: Track occupancy rates, expenses, and maintenance logs.
Requirements:
- A student or recent grad in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking.
- Strong communicator (written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (a plus).
- Interest in real estate or property management.
