Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all property-related administrative tasks including lease agreements, renewals, documentation, and filing.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants; address queries, complaints, and coordinate necessary resolutions.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure upkeep and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and service contractors to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of work.
- Monitor rent collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and coordinate with finance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of property conditions, incidents, and communications.
- Provide support during tenant move-in and move-out processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / equivalent. Additional training or certification in property management is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local property regulations and tenancy laws is an advantage.
- Possession of own transport (if site visits are required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
