To assist Property Manager in day to day operation of Meru Management Corporation to maintain a high standard of service delivery and efficient management, operation and administration.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Attend to residents’ enquiries, feedback, complaints and request on building matters professionally and tactfully.
2. Update renovation / construction / new owner / tenant listing.
3. Prepare Deed of Mutual Covenant and stamping.
4. Prepare notices, letter and compile circular to residents.
5. Monitor aging list and issue Notice of Demand to defaulters.
6. Liaise with lawyers concerning Notice of Demand / Summons.
7. Liaise with relevant local authorities / departments whenever required.
8. Follow up on the status of legal cases.
9. Prepare, compile and report legal cases of summons monthly.
10. To assist in the management of strata properties in accordance to the house rules and building bylaws
11. Issue of worker pass.
12. Assist in handling defects, carry out inspection on the condition of the building and prepare report and recommendation for rectification or improvement
13. Prepare notices and preparation of AGM.
14. Prepare monthly reports and minutes of meeting.
15. To maintain good filing of documentations, proper record of licenses’ validity and renewal.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma in Real Estate / Property Management
- Experience in residential / property management
- Good knowledge and familiar with Strata Management Act and Strata Management Regulations
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Computer Literate (able to use Microsoft words, Excel, Power Point & etc.)
- Customer service oriented, matured, self-motivated and trustworthy

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
