- Develop and implement marketing tools (Canva, Capcut, etc.).
- Create and manage content for social media
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Involve in outdoor activities like exhibitions, property events, or open houses
- Maintain and grow the company’s online presence and engagement.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients.
- Ensure all paperwork and legal requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and legislation.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
