Job Description
- Support the planning and execution on weekly promotional campaigns on weekend specials
- Drive Sales growth and product visibility through effective in-store and digital activation
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI and future strategies
- Collaboration with internal dept is key in this role to ensure seamless execution and alignment of plans
- Build retail analytics data infrastructure including data sourcing and project
- Prepare report for internal and external parties using business analytics reporting tools
- In-store activation & coordination monthly monitoring
- Performance monitoring & Analytics – track sales and provide insights & improve execution
- Benchmark competitor promotions and pricing strategies
- Quickly acts on feedback from the field.
- Tracks tasks and follow-ups until closure, especially during active campaigns
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma or Degree holder, preferably on academic fields related to computer science, IT, data & statistic
- At least 2 to 3 years working experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or sales promotion.
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Analytical mindset with experience using excel, Power BI, or retail analytics.
- Creative thinking with practical approach to solving problems
- Maintains a high standard of responsiveness, especially under tight retail timelines.
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
