Project Planner - Construction (Seri Kembangan)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project schedule that outlines the sequence of activities, milestones, and critical paths required for the successful completion of the rail project.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify resource requirements for each activity in the project schedule, including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor the progress pf activities and update the project schedule accordingly, using project management software or scheduling software as required.
• Conduct schedule analysis to identify potential delays, critical path activities, and areas where the project schedule can be optimized.
• Facilitate regular meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and update stakeholders on any schedule changes or impacts.
• Assess the impact of proposed changes, variations, or scope adjustments on the project schedule.
• Generate regular reports on schedule performance, including progress reports, critical path analysis, and earned value analysis.
• Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Senior Management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction project.
• Experience in using project management software or scheduling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented approach to work.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Min. 3-5 year's of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with software Primavera P6.
• Able to travel to project sites (Terengganu, Labuan, etc) when required for meetings, presentation and schedule activities, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
