- To prepare service charges and sinking fund invoices;
- To collect payment from the owners/residents and issue payment receipts
- To collect deposits from owners/residents and refund to them when the renovation completed.;
- To prepare payment vouchers for service providers, contractors and etc;
- To attend owners/residents complaints with regards to the payment, statement of account and to answer all inquiry professionally and tactfully;
- To chase for overdue payment from owners/residents and do the debt recovery process;
- To assist in preparing Debtor Aging, Bank Reconciliation.
- Able to handle basic accounting matters.
Requirements :-
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Business Admin or any related discipline;
- More than a year working experience in Property Management
- Familiar with accounting software :- CSS or Condo Master
- Fluent in English and Malay.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
