Key Role Purpose
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force and central point of contact behind high-impact projects—from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external clients to deliver projects such as Protective Packaging equipment, Strategic Fulfillment Solutions, Automated Packaging Systems, and Custom Projects. Your mission: deliver excellence on time, within budget, and above expectations.

What You'll Do
- Planning & Scope Definition: Working with internal & external stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and objectives, developing detailed project plans, and identifying potential risks.
- Resource Management: Allocating resources (personnel, budget, materials) and ensuring the team has the necessary tools and information to succeed.
- Scheduling & Timelines: Creating and managing project schedules, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and addressing issues as they arise.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed of project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Team Leadership: Leading and motivating project teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Budget Management: Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Project Closure: Ensuring all project deliverables are completed, documentation is finalized, and lessons learned are captured for future projects
What Are We Looking For in You
- Ideally 7+ years’ experience in project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, or Electrical/Automation Engineering with strong mechanical systems experience.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Gantt Charts) and technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3D etc).
- Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
