- Developing a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Leading team meetings, providing guidance and direction.
- Tracking project progress and reporting on key metrics.
- Managing the project budget and ensuring it remains within allocated limits.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project.
- Resolving conflicts and addressing any issues that arise within the project team.
- Communicating project status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
- Transitioning the project to the appropriate handover.
