Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Construction field.
- Must be PMP Certified
- Bachelor Degreee in Electrical
You are required to perform the work based as a scope of service. Details as below:
- Collaborating with engineers, architects to determine the specification of the project
- Negotiation contract with sub-contractor and suppliers to reach profitable agreements
- Submit and negotiation quotation with clients and customers
- Prepare and submit project budget and schedule.
- Good management of the project team to ensure that we are able to fulfil customer needs in the schedule
- Able to give correct guidance when the project team is facing problems
- Review and submit progress report to clients and customers
- Prepare and submit progress claim to clients and customers
- Able to attend meeting with sub-contractor, clients and customers to resolve problems in the project
- Verify and certify sub-contractor claim and submit to project director
- Monitor project cash flow to ensure project are profitable
- Follow up payment status with clients and customers
