Role: Project Manager
Locations: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
About the role:
The Project Manager supports Designers in running the projects across the teams with focus on consistent delivery & providing effective solutions to the client and team when needed. They are responsible for liaising within the Client and Designers to ensure all projects are completed in time. The candidate will be responsible for all projects briefed by the client, working with the creative team in Malaysia/Turkey/Mexico and/or other teams in the ASEAN region.
What you will be doing:
- To work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of project quality and client service from all teams.
- To assist in brief writing and generate necessary admin work, to ensure creative team in the regional creative hub can start work on time.
- To manage the work of creatives to ensure OLIVER’s processes are followed, project timelines are met, driving maximum efficiency, productivity and the maintenance of the highest quality of creative concept, design and artwork.
- Manage and coordinate the sharing of brand and campaign knowledge pertaining to the project within the team to aid the development of creative ideas for the project.
- To ensure the client experience is as positive as possible using clear communication in person, through the telephone and supported by email.
- To manage the timely delivery of all jobs / projects going through the team, always taking into consideration the clients requirements and expectations.
- To cover all reporting responsibilities, including consolidation of each local market MI report and final reporting to the Regional Client
- To review and improve ways of working across markets
- To understand & adhere to the clients way of working
What you need to be great in this role:
- Excellent client management skills with the ability to proactively organise and discuss project related matters with Client, addressing client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- The ability to manage and filter workflow as well as organise workloads to maximise productivity.
- Knowledge of the streaming platform itself along with digital ecosystem/platforms best practices and clear idea of how digital tools and technologies add value to the project.
- Highly resourceful & a fast learner with the ability to share interesting brand or project-related references to contribute to project output.
- Stay up-to-date with In-depth understanding of marketing technology, digital media and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers, industry sources and clients.
- Ability to oversee and lead several projects at once.

- Proven ability to communicate and liaise with junior - mid levels in the business.
