Responsibilities:
- Delivering projects assigned on time, within budget and according to scope.
- Provide guidance and advice to team members on project management to ensure project completion.
- Ensure that project objectives are met.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Allocate and manage resources as required by the project.
- Manage stakeholders and provide regular project status reports.
- Review project outcomes in comparison to the planning phase.
- Ensure that all relevant documentation is maintained throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Perform any additional tasks or ad-hoc assignments as directed by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT related field.
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in IT project management.
- Any past experience in the transportation industry such as railway, bus and highway is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under time pressure, manage multiple groups of users while maintaining a positive and patient attitude.
- Strong command of the English and comfortable with process/functional documentation.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail.
- Organizes own and team workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines.
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to process assignments in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
- Able to work with minimum supervision, as well as able to contribute to team development.
- PMP certification will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
