Job Description:
- Accountable for the overall successful delivery of the project.
- Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operation.
- Manages project team to ensure optimisation of manpower resources while maintaining healthy team morale.
- Ensure smooth completion of the construction project within the specified time-frame, budget and quality and in accordance to the statutory requirements.
- Attend all client, consultants, sub-contractors and site meetings.
- Liaise closely with consultants, architects, sub-contractors and authorities.
Job Requirements:
- 8-10 years of working experience in high-rise commercial building, landed and mixed development projects in construction industries.
- Civil Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
- Effective team player with interpersonal skills and the ability to work with remote teams.
- Excellent time management and independent decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
