Tapway is growing fast and is looking to expand our research and development team. Thus, we are looking for a Project Management Engineering Intern to join our talented team. Responsibilities include:
Procurement and Documentation Support
- Work as Assistant Project Manager / Project Coordinator on assisting the Project Manager in managing procurement processes and documentation
- Prepare and review purchase orders, variance order, delivery order ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Track and monitor procurement timelines to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Assist in the creation of project reports, meeting minutes, and progress update materials.
Technical Support Assistance
- Provide ad hoc assistance to the Technical Support Engineer in handling client support tickets.
- Triage incoming support tickets, ensuring they are categorized and prioritized appropriately.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide status updates.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Engineer to resolve issues and close tickets in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant qualifications in Project Management, but preferably Software Engineer, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess knowledge in Mechatronics and/or electrical and wiring.
- Possess basic knowledge in OS, preferably Linux and IP networking.
- Individual who is passionate, resourceful, self-motivated, highly committed, a team player, and able to motivate others
- An unending willingness to learn

- Must be willing to work in a highly dynamic and challenging technology company environment.
- Possess own transport and the ability to travel independently
- Willingness to travel and able to commute to site visits.
- Minimum internship duration of 4 months
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
