We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to support our Project Management and Purchasing teams. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to technical projects, procurement activities, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Support
o Assist in the coordination and tracking of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
o Assist the project management team with organization of project documentation and published information.
o Participate in project meetings and help ensure timely communication across project teams.
o Assist with project risk management by helping to identify, assess, and address potential issues.
o Review, create, and/or maintain workflows to drive effectiveness.
• Indirect Purchasing Support
o Coordinate procurement of goods and services related to technical and operational needs.
o Assist the Indirect Purchasing team with organization of supplier contracts and processing of purchase orders.
o Review, create, and/or maintain workflows to drive effectiveness.
o Support in maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving any issues related to purchasing.
o Assist in the preparation of purchasing reports and monitoring procurement performance.
Required Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
o Strong organizational and time management skills.
o Good verbal and written communication skills.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Ability to work well in teams and collaborate effectively.
o A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
o Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and procurement processes is a plus.
