As a Project Lead, you will own the delivery strategy across accounts, manage resourcing and timelines, track budgets, and guide cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes. You’ll also play a hands-on role in nurturing and developing junior talent, while championing operational excellence and consistent project management practices across the agency.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the intake and assessment of new project briefs, shaping delivery strategies grounded in scope, priorities, and outcomes. In collaboration with account and specialty leads, you will define and manage project scopes, timelines, staffing plans, and budgets.
- Drive the delivery of large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs—ensuring integration, momentum, and quality across workstreams. You'll establish efficient workflows, documentation standards, and delivery frameworks tailored to client and team needs. As a key escalation point, you’ll resolve challenges, manage risks, and lead cross-functional problem solving.
- Own and maintain all core project documentation, including schedules, briefs, cost estimates, change controls, and financial trackers. Working closely with Finance and Account teams, you’ll ensure project financials are sound—developing SOWs, managing budgets and costs, and monitoring forecasts. You’ll also lead both internal and client-facing conversations on project progress, delivery approach, and financial health.
- Contribute to the evolution of team operations by helping define and refine best practices, tools, and processes, all while leading with calm and clarity during times of pressure or ambiguity.
What is required of you:
- 8-10 years of project management experience in an integrated marketing, PR, or communications agency environment.
- Proven track record leading large, complex, multi-disciplinary programs from planning through execution.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
- Ability to manage evolving scopes, shifting priorities, and cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
