1. Good Command of English (verbal and written)
2. Experience in leading cross functional teams
3. Familiar with standard Project Management Methodology & Life-Cycle.
4. Proven track record of successful completion of projects.
5. Possess Project Manager Professional (PMP)certification or PRINCE2 certification or any other project management certification.
6. Strong computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
7.Candidate must be independent, proactive working attitude, results-oriented and a strong desire to succeed.
8. Great leadership skills, interpersonal skills, self motivated and customer-focused with an out going personality and analytical mind.
9. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
10. Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
11. Flexible during times of change.
12. Ability to read communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
13. Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
