Role - Project Lead (PMO)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to provide essential project management support, guidance, and leadership within our organization. The Project Lead will work closely with project managers to implement project goals, assign duties, oversee project execution, and ensure timely delivery. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project planning and coordination from initiation to closure
- Cross-departmental and stakeholder engagement (airlines, airport ops, vendors, etc.)
- Oversight of technical implementation, UAT/SAT execution, and go-live readiness
- Contract compliance monitoring, vendor management, and reporting
- Risk mitigation, incident handling, and documentation governance
- Leadership and support to project team members across functions
- Provide project management support and guidance to project managers within the organization.
- Collaborate with project managers to implement project goals effectively.
- Assign duties to staff as necessary to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee various aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely execution.
- Review project goals to ensure they are achievable and align with organizational objectives.
- Liaise with project leads and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and efficacy.
- Monitor project implementation and gather data on project execution for analysis.
- Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution.
- Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides for project presentations, effectively preparing, designing, and presenting project matters.
Required Skills:
- 6-10yrs of proven and successful experience in managing large projects or organizations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and capabilities, with a track record of successful project execution.
- Ability and willingness to collaborate effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Working knowledge of industry-related tools and project management software.
- Expert-level proficiency with computer operating systems, including Microsoft Office and other project tools.
- Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide valuable insights into project details.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides for project presentations.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM3,637.84 - RM16,000.00 per month
