Job Roles & Responsibilities for Project Executive
As a Project Executive in Carpentry, your role is to manage and oversee carpentry projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Below are your key responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate carpentry projects from inception to completion.
- Work closely with clients, designers, Installers, contractors, suppliers, and production to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare project timelines and work schedules.
2. Client Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address any concerns or changes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality work on time.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
3. Site Supervision:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations at the project site.
- Ensure all carpentry work is carried out in accordance with design plans and quality standards.
· Conduct on-site inspections to assess cabinet installations, repairs, or warranty claims.
4. Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of installers and subcontractors.
- Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Provide guidance and support to the carpentry team to improve work efficiency and craftsmanship.
5. Problem-Solving:
- Address project challenges promptly, including delays, resource shortages, or design discrepancies.
- Ensure that solutions are implemented quickly to minimize project disruptions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective problem resolution.
6. Quality Control:
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to ensure that the highest standards are maintained.
- Implement corrective actions if any deficiencies are identified.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work before delivery to the customer.
8. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labour hours.
- Submit regular reports to senior management on project status, issues, and completion timelines.
- Ensure all project documentation is properly filed and archived.
9. Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that all site activities adhere to safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
10. Post-Project Review:
- Conduct a post-project review to evaluate overall performance, client satisfaction, and lessons learned for future projects.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed and handed over to the client.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- OneSite: 1 year (Preferred)
- Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (Preferred)
