Responsibilities:
- To maintain proper records and documentation in order to ensure proper retrieval and data storage
- Ensure circulation of documents form management team to relevant parties and vice versa.
- Plan work schedule for project development.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, authorities, consultants, main contractor, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Attend site and project meetings.
- Maintain or update relevant files for incoming and outgoing mails.
- Prepare and raise general payment requisition for signing.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Project Development or related field.
- At least 0-3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Ability to work independently and possess strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to solve problem.
- Have own transportation.
- To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as per required.
