Position 1: Project Admin
Responsibilities:
- Provide admin support to project teams on documentation and coordination
- Assist in scheduling, site progress updates, and material delivery tracking
- Help prepare meeting minutes, filing systems, and general project reporting
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, or Construction-related course
- Proactive and organized with good communication skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Position 2: Purchasing
Responsibilities:
- Assist and coordinate with principal and supplier on the materials ordering.
- Assist in monitoring stock level and prepare stock replenishment.
- Assist in materials enquiry and quotation.
- Assist follow up and update customer feedback.
- Support the team in checking and matching invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
- Help to monitor delivery progress and confirm goods received as per quantity and quality.
- Perform other relevant support activities as and when required.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or a related field.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Applications.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
