- Plan and execute daily production activities according to the monthly production schedule to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure all production processes comply with quality system standards and required documentation.
- Lead, develop, and train the production team through effective internal training and skill-building initiatives.
- Manage personnel, enforce 5S practices, and uphold safety standards within the production area.
- Carry out additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to travel to China for training (3-6 months) if needed.
- 5 working days (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm).
- Must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
