RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the production team according to daily production schedule.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Provide on job training and guidance to production team according to operating procedures and standards in their daily activities.
- Ensure high productivities and minimum wastage while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular safety & 5S inspections, address any hazards or violations, and promote a safety-first culture
- Enforce adherence to quality control procedures, production standards, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations
- Lead, coach, and motivate production team members to achieve performance goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Any other duties assign from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:-
- Candidate must posses minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing industry.
- Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Knowledge in ISO9001 QMS

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
