About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in timber (minimum 5 years) or steel (minimum 5 years) production. You will be responsible for leading the production team, ensuring smooth operations, and meeting quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead production staff to achieve daily targets.
- Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee the use of materials, machines, and resources efficiently.
- Train and guide team members for skill development.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements.
- Prepare reports on production performance and progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in timber OR steel production (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
