Qualifications & experience
- Must have prior experience to lead & manage 50 - 80 workers
- College degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production management or other related majors is preferred.
- more than five years of manufacturing production management experience, familiar with the whole process and the whole flow of production management, lean optimization project related experience is preferred.
- experience in metal processing (stamping/welding/powder coating) or assembly of household appliances or production of household motors.
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PPT and other office software.
- excellent team leadership, conflict resolution, program execution and cross-departmental coordination skills, able to clearly communicate superior instructions, timely feedback and solve on-site problems.

Tasks & responsibilities
- To be a pioneer team of the new setup establishment
- According to the company's production plan indicators, rational allocation of manpower, equipment, materials and other resources to ensure that the production tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor production progress, adjust production priority in time, and solve production bottlenecks.
- Supervise the order of the production site, manage the labor discipline of the production line, ensure that the operation is in line with the standard process, and maintain and implement the 5S standard of the production site.
- Collect production data (e.g. yield rate, rework rate), analyze efficiency loss points, and propose optimization solutions.
- Responsible for task assignment, performance evaluation and skill training of production line staff, organize team building activities, enhance staff cohesion, deal with staff's emotional problems and reduce turnover rate.
- Analyze production cost, propose cost reduction measures, and realize cost improvement.
