Job Description
- Constantly monitoring schedule, flow of work, coordination of work among departments to achieve optimal productivity and meeting desired deadlines.
- Review master production schedule and work orders and revises schedule according to work order specifications, establish priorities and availability or capacity of workers, material, machine, and equipment.
- Reschedule identical processes to eliminate duplicate machine set-up, to develop cost-effective measures.
- Review distributes work order to departments, donating quantity, type, and proposed completion date of units to be produced.
- Review documents such as production schedule, work orders and staffing tables to determine personnel and material requirements and material priorities.
- Liaise with department supervisors to determine progress of work and provide information on processing.
- Compile reports concerning work and downtime due to failure of machine and equipment and to explain production delays.
- Monitor availability and inventory of starting materials with the objective of complementing the schedule to complete production as planned.
Requirements
- At least bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma in any science, engineering, management, or others filed related to planning and job arrangement.
- Minimum 2-year experience in Production Planning preferably in manufacturing environment
- Well versed in computer skills, especially in excel and other Microsoft office skills and knowledge in Navision is preferred.
- Close attention to details is essential.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and in a timely manner.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
