Job Position: Leader
1. Preparing work schedule and ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and
effective manner to meet production target.
2. Evaluating incoming orders and setting up the production line accordingly.
3. Ensure the team members follow defines manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements.
4. Ensure the team are aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities.
5. Monitor team time and attendance and ensure compile with company procedure.
6. Ensure full adherence to 5S and equipment is within calibration date.
7. Provide product expertise within team, and respond to operator queries.
8. Liaise and communicate with other departments to ensure the material and equipment
required during the shift are sufficient.
9. Perform duties as assigned by the superior.
10. To adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, regulations, and standard operating
procedures.
Requirements
1. Minimum SPM or Diploma in related field.
2. Minimum 1 years of working experience in manufacturing
3. Must be able to work in shift pattern Morning and Night shift.
4. Independent, hardworking, willing to learn.
5. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. The candidate needs to read and speak in Mandarin.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
