Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Plan, coordinate, and optimize manpower allocation to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor production performance, analyze downtime and quality issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Enforce workplace discipline, 5S, safety, and compliance to company policies.
- Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Provide training and mentoring to production operators and line leaders to improve team capabilities and productivity.
- Generate production reports and performance summaries for management review.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams (around 100 headcount).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting.
- Good verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
