Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the daily scheduling and coordination of production runs and work orders.
* Maintain accurate production documentation, including work orders and inventory records.
* Communicate effectively with production teams, supply chain, and admin staff to resolve issues and ensure timely workflow.
* Assist in monitoring material usage and coordinate with purchasing to avoid shortages or delays.
* Support quality control processes by recording production metrics and deviations.
ERP & Data Entry:
* Enter and maintain accurate production data within the ERP system.
* Generate reports to support production planning, inventory tracking, and performance analysis.
* Reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
*Track and update production employee attendance, shift schedules, overtime records, and other administrative support
Analytical Duties:
* Assist tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, downtime, scrap rates, and inventory turnover.
* Assist in forecasting and planning based on historical data and production trends.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
Requirements:
* 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production support role.
* Proficiency with ERP systems is required.
* Strong experience with data entry, data validation, and report generation.
* Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows and inventory control.
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
* Experience with warehouse or shop floor data collection.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Preferably CAN START IMMEDIATELY.
