Requirements:
- At least diploma in Manufacturing engineering, Mechanical engineering or related field.
- Min 3 years of working experience in production.
- Must have knowledge in press forming machine and roller forming process.
- Must have basic planning to ensure achievement for production& manage subordinate & downline.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure manpower allocation aligns with the planning.
- Ensure production completion is signed off and submitted on time.
- Ensure the production schedule follows the planned timeline.
- Ensure machines operate according to SOPs and safety systems are implemented.
- Update sensitivity reports and monitor labor cost control.
- Ensure mould settings comply with Prestar Engineering Sdn Bhd standards.
- Verify preventive maintenance is completed and consumable items are sufficiently stocked.
- Update and submit proforma documents, HSE safety records, and KPIs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
