Key Purpose:
The Admin Production ensures Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report, timely, by managing production Report, Plan for Defect and Project for Improvement, and SGA Activity (Small Group activity). They work closely with production, PE, and PQC teams to improve efficiency and Reduce Defect / Loss.
Their role also involves analyzing production data, Coordinate Group discussion, reducing defect Rate and enhance overall operational performance and create SGA Competition in Tenpower Malaysia Factory
Permanent Responsibilities:
1. Daily, weekly and Monthly Report for Production Team – Collect every process Report and organize before send to Top Management
2. Project Title for Defect Reduction – Coordinate activity Reduce Defect Rate by collect all TP Project list and follow up every project with Project Leaders
3. Create SGA Competition – Every Project must do within 3 months and set up Competition among Tenpower Malaysia Factory.
4. Create Rewording for every project activity – Rewording and Next Project activity.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
