Location: Petaling Jaya
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales: Identify customer needs, engage in technical discussions, deliver solution-oriented demonstrations and presentations, propose complete solutions, and prepare application and marketing materials for customers, end-users, and sales representatives.
- After-Sales: Deliver product and technology training (hardware and software), conduct presentations prior to hands-on sessions, provide troubleshooting support, address user inquiries, and assist in method development.
- Contribute to marketing activities such as user meetings, workshops, and seminars to highlight product technologies and applications.
- Ensure customer satisfaction across the installed base.
- Act as a key contact for customer inquiries, collaborating with Service Engineers to resolve issues effectively.
- Troubleshoot issues related to instruments, applications, and software.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in chromatography, analytical instrumentation, or a related technical field (fresh graduates with strong academic background may be considered).
- Strong knowledge of chromatography techniques, instrumentation, and related software applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting product demonstrations, training, and workshops.
