About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building impactful digital products? We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our COO Office and drive the development of high-impact features from concept to launch.
In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including tech, design and operations. You will be expected to align user needs with business goals. From refining the product backlog to leading Agile ceremonies, you’ll be the go-to person ensuring that the product is delivering value. Core Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals
- Gather market and customer insights to drive informed decision-making
- Translate feedback and data into actionable product improvements
Backlog & Requirements Management
- Maintain a prioritised product backlog with well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with developers to ensure clarity on features and requirements
- Adjust priorities in response to market shifts and internal feedback
Agile Product Development
- Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- Partner with tech teams to ensure deliverables meet expectations
- Keep timelines on track while staying flexible to changing needs
User Experience & Design
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to build user-centric, intuitive interfaces
- Validate features through testing and user feedback
- Ensure consistent, seamless user journeys across product touchpoints
Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with internal teams, including marketing, sales and customer success, to align priorities
- Represent the voice of the customer and ensure their needs are at the heart of development
- Communicate progress, roadmaps and outcomes clearly to leadership and other stakeholders
Quality & Product Launch
- Own the quality of the product by ensuring all features meet defined criteria
- Coordinate cross-functional product launches and monitor post-launch performance
- Gather insights post-launch for continual improvement
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fast-paced, agile environment
Skills & Attributes
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker who can balance short-term needs with long-term goals
- Technical fluency to communicate effectively with development teams
- Confident in navigating and resolving conflict diplomatically
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
