Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and Development:

• Conduct thorough market research and stay updated with industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities based on consumer needs and market gaps.
• Formulate product concepts and specifications, considering scientific research, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing feasibility.

2. Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure all product formulations and developments comply with relevant regulatory guidelines and standards (Malaysia and SEA countries).
• Project Management:
• Able to multitask and manage multiple product development projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Coordination and effective communication internally and with external parties.
• Monitor projects flow and timeline and provide regular updates to all stakeholders.

3. Quality Assurance and Customer Support Management:

• Act as a primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of responsiveness and professionalism.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support client engagement activities.
• Gather client feedback on existing products and relay insights for continuous improvement.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Actively participate in cross-functional teams comprising R&D, sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs to align product development initiatives with business goals.
• Provide input into the development of marketing strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that resonate with target audiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences background preferred proven past experience in healthcare industries.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
