We’re Hiring: Product Development Executive
Joey&Mom is expanding—and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and resourceful Product Development Executive to help bring our next collections to life. From initial concept to final sample, you’ll be involved in shaping meaningful products that parents will love and trust.
Your Role Includes:
- Assisting in the development of new products (e.g. swaddles, rompers, towels, plush toys)
- Coordinating with designers to turn sketches into tech packs and factory-ready files
- Sourcing fabrics, trims, materials, and new suppliers when needed
- Requesting samples, managing sampling rounds, and tracking revisions
- Communicating with factories and vendors to ensure timelines and quality
- Supporting fit, function, and fabric testing for baby safety and comfort
- Maintaining clear documentation and status tracking across all product lines
- Helping with packaging design, labels, and compliance checks
You’re a great fit if you:
- Are organized, structured, and proactive with timelines
- Have a good eye for design and functionality
- Have strong communication skills (especially with suppliers/factories)
- Are excited to work on baby/kids products with intention and purpose
- Bonus: You have experience in product development, textiles, or fashion

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
