Procurement Assistant (Taman Gaya, Johor Bahru)
Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000
Location: Taman Gaya, Johor Bahru
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders
- Review and compare supplier quotations and product specifications
- Maintain purchasing records and monitor inventory levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment
- Perform quality and quantity checks on received goods
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure procurement requirements are met
- Support procurement-related administrative tasks and documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- 1–2 years of working experience in procurement or sourcing is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers)
