Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement & Admin Executive to support day-to-day operations and assist the Director. The role involves both administrative and operational duties, including procurement tasks and coordination with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Support:
- Assist in sourcing and liaising with suppliers.
- Source quality materials at competitive prices
- Prepare and submit Purchase Requests (PR).
- Support in supplier account opening processes.
- Manage delivery follow-ups and documentation.
- Monitor open orders and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases
- Work closely with kitchen/operations/finance teams to understand needs.
- Support urgent purchase requests and project-based sourcing.
Inventory & Stock Management:
- Assist in goods receiving and inspection.
- Coordinate and conduct stock counts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure timely restocking to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Administrative Management Support Role
- Perform general office administration tasks.
- Maintain filing systems, office supplies, and related documents.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Higher Management on Task & Errands
- Assist the Director with personal errands or tasks as required.
- Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1–2 years of procurement or purchasing experience.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to multitask and work independently. prioritize, and work under pressure.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic inventory tools.
· Good communication skills in English and Malay
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
