Job Description
Main Responsibilities
To manage, control, and distribute technical publications and maintenance documentation for ADE Part 145 maintenance personnel. Ensure all documentation complies with the latest approved and
authorized revisions, remains current and accessible, and aligns with regulatory and operational
requirements.
Qualifications
Diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution with a minimum of 1 years' experience in engineering, technical planning, or documentation control,
OR
Aircraft Technician with at least 1 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance and documentation handling.
Specific Functions
1. Administer and control the distribution of ADE Part 145 documentation, including the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE), Maintenance Procedures Manuals (MPMs), and technical publications received from aircraft operators.
2. Liaise with aircraft operators to coordinate and confirm updates, revisions, and issuance of new or amended maintenance publications.
3. Monitor, review, and upload the latest revisions of technical publications to the ADE Part 145 Publications Google Site or any designated document control system, ensuring real-time accessibility for maintenance personnel.
4. Coordinate the reissue or revision of controlled documents and submit changes to the Quality Assurance (QA) Department for approval.
5. Ensure document control compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards, including authority and customer-specific requirements.
6. Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate superior.
