Job Scope:
- Leading team in daily operations.
- Train and coach team members in accordance with SOPs and company guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and warm hospitality at all times.
- Submit daily reports and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
- Manage stock inventory, ensure outlet cleanliness, and maintain proper organization.
- Ensure compliance with quality audit checks and achieve passing marks.

Requirements:
