Job Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Barista to join our clients team. As a Barista, you’ll be the face of their café—crafting coffee drinks, preparing light food items, and providing exceptional service to every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, efficient experience
- Handle cash, card transactions, and POS systems accurately
- Restock and rotate supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety regulations and café procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent
- Previous barista or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, responsible, and team-oriented
- Good communication skills in [English / Bahasa Malaysia / both]
- Able to stand for long periods and lift light items
