Key Responsibilities:
- Design, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems for automation equipment and processes.
- Perform system integration with sensors, actuators, robotics, and other control devices.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and commissioning of PLC programs on-site.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing PLC-controlled systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation for PLC programs, wiring diagrams, and system layouts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, production, engineering) to ensure seamless system operation.
- Ensure all programming complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Train technicians or operators on the use of automated systems when necessary.
